Ross-McDowell Group does not accept cassette tapes for Voice Over demos.  Must be a professional CD.  Send 3 demo CDs and resume to our office for your files.  If you have other information you would like for us to have on file, please send.

We need an MP3 demo, (emailed to us) 1-2 minutes for the Ross-McDowell Group website.  No charge.

Ross-McDowell Group  VO Talent  Commissions:    15% Non-union    10% Union

Ross-McDowell Group  has the right to send out your voice over promos to promote you as a voice over talent for/to our clients.

 If Ross-McDowell Group books you, we will invoice the client and we will send payment to you as soon as we receive the payment, which is usually 30-45 days.  If you are paid direct from the client, commission is due upon your receipt of the payment, payable to Ross-McDowell Group.

This is not an exclusive agreement.  You may terminate this agreement, at any time, by emailing your termination to the agency.  Ross-McDowell Group may terminate this agreement at anytime.  We will immediately remove you from the RMG roster upon termination.

By sending this Fact Sheet/Voice Over Agreement to us via email submission, you knowingly agree with the above instructions and can abide by them.
